Please contact us through our website's contact form or by email. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1-3 business days.
If your order arrives damages or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

Any information you provide during checkout, such as your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details, is used solely process and fulfill your order, communicate with you about your purchase, and improve shopping experience.
Shipping
Processing and shipping times are limited at checkout and may vary based on order and volume. (Framed items typically arrive within 5-7 business days)
Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

We strive to display artwork, colors, dimensions, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your device's display settings. Because many pieces are handmade or original, minor variations may occur.-All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout unless otherwise stated.
Custom and Commission Artwork
Custom, personalized, or commissioned artwork is created specifically for the customer. Production begins after payment has been received and cannot be canceled once work has started.-The purchase of artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights unless expressly stated in writing. All artwork, images, and designs remain the intellectual property of the artist and store owner.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
-The artwork arrives damaged or defective
-You receive the wrong item
The item is significantly different from its description
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Non-Refundable Items:
We do not offer refunds for:
-Custom or commissioned artwork (unless it arrives damaged or incorrect)
-Digital downloads once they have been delivered or accessed
-Items returned due to buyer's remorse or change of mind
